About our School: Opening Times

Morning school begins at 8.55pm

Morning school ends at 12.05pm  (12.00pm for K.S.1)

Afternoon school begins at 1.00pm
Afternoon school ends at 3.05pm for K.S.1  3.15pm for K.S.2

This gives a taught week of 21 hours 40 minutes for K.S.1 and 23 hours 45 minutes for K.S.2 after deducting time for play, lunch, assemblies and registration.

Children should not arrive at school before 8.45am unless they are visiting Breakfast Club. Staff will be on duty from 8.45am on the playground.

K.S.1 children go to their own playground where parents can wait and teaching staff will collect children from the playground.

K.S.2 children go to their senior playground or wait with parents near the school hall.

Children are dismissed at the end of the day by their class teachers. K.S.1 children will be delivered to the small playground by their class teachers ready to be collected by an adult.We will not allow any K.S.1 children to go home without their named adult or carers.

K.S.2 children will be dismissed at 3.15pm and can go directly home.
